Website Packages
On average a congregation or non-profit can expect to pay around $500 the first year which includes (domain name, hosting, web design first year of maintenance, etc.), and approximately $10 to $35 each month thereafter for maintenance, hosting, and domain name registration. The first year includes a photo shoot of the congregation or non-profits facilities and on site scanning of photo’s and church documents for the website. We will work with all budgets the prices are of course estimates. All website packages require contractual agreements to be signed before work can begin. The contractual agreements are designed to protect all parties.
Starter Domain Website Package ($150.00): For simple, PDF based websites.
Budget Domain Website Package ($250.00): For simple, information based websites. Popular with congregations who just need to gain an Internet presence.
Domain Website Package ($385.00): For simple, information based websites with a small amount of content. Popular with congregations who just need to gain an Internet presence. Includes monthly newsletter posting.
Mid-Level Website Package ($545.00): Information based websites with a large amount of content. Popular with congregations that have a large services list and/or want to implement more of their activities into the Web. Includes monthly newsletter posting.
Catalog Website Package ($840.00 +): Popular with congregations that have a desire to market heavily on the Internet or advertise their products/services directly from the Web.
Website Hosting and Maintenance (from $15.00 to $45.00 per month): Depending on the type and size of the website, the price for hosting can vary greatly. The average cost of hosting for most clients is $25 per month. Website Maintenance ($40.00 per hour): We charge a set fee of $50.00 per hour billed in 15 minute increments for maintenance. If a client feels as though they will need their website updated or maintained on a regular basis, packages are available at a discount rate.
